The Dragon Flower Assembly (The Final Judgment) * by His Holiness Phạm Ho Phap November 8-1948.

Here is a crucial matter to consider; why is it that our times are chaotic times? It is because we are living through Hạ Ngươn Tam Chuyển [The Third Period of the Third Transition]. The divine plan has already made preparations for the Dragon Flower Assembly (the Final Judgment). According to our Divine Teaching, the Supreme Being said: 'You children must come together to establish a Dragon Flower Assembly in order to create positions for those elevated souls of the Third Universal Transition,

and to usher in the Fourth Universal Transition.' The Assembly is where the Supreme Being will pass or fail these souls. Therefore, we have seen the mysterious and the sacred at work on this planet. As the Faith of the Supreme is established, we observe that all karma must be offset immediately. All debts must be paid off before the end of this era.

Bần Đạo has already mentioned that, whether we speak of an individual, a nation, or the entire human race, each is now seeing their own karma played out. This is why this civil war is so familiar to us, just like the tragedy of the 12 feudal principalities’ rebellion. The karma of Vietnam has been paid off. The Hiệp Thiên Hành Hóa Realm holds the power over all human beings in this universe. The Divine Beings in this realm are particularly worried by this 68th planet, as it has to bear the consequences of the Third Universal Transition. Therefore, Bần Đạo has preached right from the start that we are responsible for leading each other on the Divine Path to Eternal Life.    

Now let’s address this question: why this world is falling into chaos, and killing each other? As a result, the political systems of nations are collapsing. Why? First, we have to trace the karmic roots of our planet. In doing this, we can understand the path of progress in the Divine Realm. Even in the animal kingdom, animals will unite for safety. Many kinds of animals have built their own social system, whether they are insects, animals or birds. Why is it impossible for human beings to live individually? Because of the love which ties them together. Human beings only have to rely on their conscience for unity.

Human beings have been scared of many animals like this. Therefore, they formed societies in order to protect each other, and so they needed to make laws for social co-existence. Human beings never accepted that in doing this, they must make contribution to society. On the contrary, their sagacity is used to fight against and cheat the very society that protects them. By cheating and being cunning, humans can defraud the common good, but they will never be able to escape the Divine Justice and Karmic Law. Karma is the result of our own deeds in sustaining our own life. Every human borrows a life as a means for living. You need to eat to survive, and to clothe yourself for physical protection. If human beings go naked, they would be worse than animals. Animals have no clothing, but they conceal themselves in order to live. Because of these needs, they kill each other to survive. If human beings fight for survival like animals, they must kill each other. This is exactly what is happening right now.

As you know, Bần Đạo's Divine position is of the Hộ Pháp (Guardian of the Dharma). Bần Đạo thus asked the Divine Beings at the start if it is possible for human beings to incarnate as animals. The Divine Beings answered carefully; “Although many souls are not worth their human status, the Supreme Being continues to bless them. How can everyone progress? In the case of non-progress, there are two possibilities; to keep being human or to regress. If we are unable to retain our status as a human being, we have to go backward to the status of an animal.”

Perhaps human beings think that this truth is not worth retaining. The Third Universal Transition with the Dragon Flower Assembly is the culmination of so much suffering by the Supreme Being for the children of the earth. We do not know how much the Divine Father has suffered for His children. Since the creation of the universe, there are no other beings that have been as blessed as the humans of this planet.
